These are selected by Pagenda on the basis of the profile information.

By submitting an application, the employees can express their interest in being hired for a job listing on Pagenda. The employer will then review the employees profile. If the employer is also interested, a Match is created. This starts the application process and allows both sides to communicate with each other.

With an outreach, an employer shows interest in hiring an employee.
If the employee clicks on “interested”, a Match is be created. This allows both sides to communicate with each other and explore their options together.
