Your qualifications

  • Proven experience in HRIS development, ideally with Workday (5+ years)

  • Expertise in HCM modules, security and absence management

  • Experience with other modules such as Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Learning and Recruiting is an advantage

  • A sound understanding of business needs and the ability to translate these into technical requirements

  • Strong collaboration with product owners, team members and key users and excellent communication skills

  • Fluency in English is required for this position. Other language skills, especially German, are an advantage but not essential
