Your qualifications
Proven experience in HRIS development, ideally with Workday (5+ years)
Expertise in HCM modules, security and absence management
Experience with other modules such as Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Learning and Recruiting is an advantage
A sound understanding of business needs and the ability to translate these into technical requirements
Strong collaboration with product owners, team members and key users and excellent communication skills
Fluency in English is required for this position. Other language skills, especially German, are an advantage but not essential
