Your employer is especially excited to meet people with unique stories – that’s why you don’t need a specific job title, but the right skills:

• A two-year vocational training with a technical background in mechanics – such as plumbing, heating, or air conditioning – is the perfect foundation.

• But that’s not the only path: other training from the metalworking industry is just as welcome, for example as a mechatronics technician, machining mechanic, construction mechanic, or tool mechanic.

• Experience in maintaining technical equipment and systems is definitely a plus.
